We have arranged this site to help you find out What we believe, How you can find us and What is happening here at Citygate Church.

Who We Are

We are friends together on a mission, a diverse community united by our common relationship with Jesus. We aim to worship God with every part our lives, be that at work, the school gate, on the football pitch or the pub, because we know that as we daily serve each other, our neighbours and Jesus we are enjoying God and glorifying Him, and this is our main goal in life.

What you can expect on a Sunday

Sundays at Citygate Church are vibrant and exciting. We hope you feel welcome and part of it all.

We meet twice on a Sunday, at 9.30am & 11.30am at the St Swithun's Centre.
Our meetings are lively and exuberant. We normally begin with about half-an-hour of singing, following by some important announcements and then an expositional preach. There is normally an opportunity after the sermon for people to be prayed for.

Children from the ages of 0-12 are looked after during the morning meeting with the help of various classes and activities that cater for the various age groups.

We currently don't have an evening meeting.

Tea & Coffee is served before the first meeting and after the second meeting and as a visitor we would like to invite you to our special Welcome Area where you can find out more about the church or perhaps chat with a church member and make some new friends.
